When the relationship of parents break down, it is often not only the adults who suffer. Where possible the child should have the opportunity to remain in contact with both parents. Supervised contact ensures the physical safety and emotional well-being of the child.
It also assists in building and sustaining a positive relationship between the child and members of their family.
We are able to offer supervised contacts 7 days a week. The majority of our contacts take place in the community or in a family members home. We stay within ear shot wherever possible. This ensures the safety of the child but also ensures the person having contact is not open to allegations.

All of our services are tailored to meet individual needs. Our hourly rates range from just £40ph-£75ph.
HANDOVERS
Our handover services are used to support parents that are or have recently separated. Emotions may still be running high and we are there to help and support. We ensure a smooth handover to enable children to continue having a positive relationship with both parents, without risk of any emotional harm.
We are able to collect children from their home and drive them to an agreed location.
Our small team of experienced Family Consultants will immediately make your child feel at ease and they will quickly feel safe and secure in our presence. This is very important to us as your child is our priority at all times.
Handovers are a bespoke service and therefore priced individually.
COMMUNICATION/DIARY MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
These packages are for those parents that are finding communication difficult and will help during a time of transition until communication can be re-established. This service can also run alongside our handover service.
This service significantly reduces the time and costs that would be incurred going through a legal representative.
There packages are tailored to meet individual needs and therefore priced individually.
HOME ASSESSMENTS
Our Social Worker Consultants are able to provide a home assessment report. This is to establish whether your home is a safe and secure environment for your child. We will visit your home and provide a report which will outline any improvements that can be made to ensure your child’s safety at all times. These reports can be used in Court proceedings, if required.
Our one off fee for a home visit and full report is £100.00. Additional costs may be incurred if outside of the Bristol area.
